My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious, with two closets and a wonderful view of historic Amarillo, Texas. They were clean and had comfortable beds, making it a great choice for families. However, the service was friendly but not very helpful at check-in, and the staff seemed annoyed even though we had our reservation for a month. The location was superb, right in the middle of downtown, with easy access to everything you need. The dining experience was extra, but unfortunately, breakfast stopped early at 9:30 am, which was a bit inconvenient.
Wow, the rooms were way larger than I expected and very comfortable, perfectly appointed with all necessities and beautiful furniture and decor. The service was very friendly and hospitable, with staff even taking the initiative to find our reservation. The location was perfect for the venue we had, with great dining within walking distance. The dining was extra but stopped a bit early. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay with minor dining inconveniences.
